Shock and Awe is an old war tactic that was used to overwhelm an enemy's perception and will to fight through rapid, concentrated displays of force.

Well, this sent the film industry into shock! Just over a month ago, May 5th, it was announced the US would implement 100% tariffs on any production made outside of the USA.
